"One thing I have unfortunately learned from doing renovations in Miami is that it is very hard to find a good/reliable contractor. Mick and his team were incredible. Mick helped me from from beginning to end. He did the estimate himself, which was extremely clear and his prices were beyond fair. Mick answered every one of my annoying questions and was extremely responsive. Everything was done on time and done really well. "Isaias and his wife are very reliable , have great work ethics, are honest, knowledgable and easy to work with. I had some of my front house tiles grout replaced a day before, by another company, the work done was terrible, color of grout did not match at all to the existing one and the width of grout was extremely thick. I told previous worker about it, he said with time it would get to the color of old grout this answer did not convince me since the color was way off and width of new grout was too thick. I realized i was wasting my time in telling him work was not acceptable, so I called Isaias explained the situation. He came in, saw the work, and took away grout that was placed, placing right color of grout and replacing some tiles that needed to be changed in order to have the correct width of grout. All these was done the same day, I was very depressed to see previous work done. He went to the store and got the correct shade and redid the job very well. I am most happy, told him of more work that I wanted to get done for him to do it in a couple of months. I would recommend him 100%. Thanks Isaias and Janet for coming to my rescue when I so much needed it."
