"We had tree-roots which had not only lifted up the concrete creating a trip-hazard, but also a rootball which had adversely affected the efficiency of our draining. After a complete clog that recurred twice in less than two weeks, we decided it was time to get the sewer lateral replaced. I initiated a request via Angie's List/Home Advisor. Juan contacted me via email and phone call and was very responsive to me. We scheduled an in-person quote for the following morning. He was on time, masked up before he rang the doorbell, and respectful of the property. He was direct and didn't attempt to upsell as some of the other Companies I received quotes from. I decided to go with Juan and Infinity Plumbing because of their competitive pricing, excellent customer reviews, and the general 'good feeling' I got from him. He's good people. He applied for the required permits with the city and brought his team which consisted of Marcos and Jose to start the work on the following Monday. Each of them were stand-up, respectful guys. They all knew what to do and worked efficiently as a team. We did run into unexpected issues -- having hit a retaining wall under ground which the pipe passed through, prompting us to switch our trenchless sewer lateral replacement attempt to an open-trench & cast-iron replacement instead. The cost did go up, but it involved significantly more labor as well. Juan let me take all the pictures of the work that I wanted and even took a video following the length of the new pipe and shared it with me via text message. They chopped and removed some serious roots, which I wasn't expecting them to do since they weren't close to the sewer pipes at all. They removed all debris and kept the work area neat and as tidy as possibly between work days. The team worked into the evening to ensure we had working sewage for the house. They worked relentlessly through a rain storm. Then they cleaned up better than it was before they began work. They mixed probably 500lbs or more of concrete by hand and laid it out beautifully, getting rid of the trip hazard. I am extremely pleased with the outcome, and can sleep good through stormy weather again-- without having to worry about a flooded garage or clogged toilet. I would gladly hire them again for jobs big or small! Thank you!"

But just to be sure, We asked him of he could check the problem personally and then we can continue. but when he got in our unit, before he even started, like before he even touched anything or checked the issue, he gave us a discount right away!
