"If anyone wants an honest / excellent plumber then this is the company to hire! Aqueduct Plumbing was the 3rd company I called for a water leak in my basement ceiling. The other two companies wanted to knock out my ceiling, run new pipe and charge me thousands of dollars. The owner of Aqueduct came with no service fee for coming and diagnosed the leak as a loose coupling on a toilet. He tightened the coupling and the leak stopped in the basement. He explained to me very clearly about the leak and how water seeks its lowest level. He did not charge for his wonderful timely service. I will always use this company because he is honest and trustworthy!"

"The technician, joswag, that came out to fix a simple problem did so much for me. Since it was a simple fix and I had done everything but miss one little piece, I was just charged the travel fee. That was more than fair. But then I showed him an issue I had been having with my newly built home of 6 months. I thought I might have a leak somewhere. He looked at the wall, the bathroom upstairs where it was probably coming from and determined that I probably did have a leak. He showed me what company did the work. I called the company and set up an appointment for examination all based on his suggestion to do so. He even waited with me while I was on the phone to enzure that it was all done and set up correctly. Afterwards, I told him that he could charge me a fee for the help he provided. He didn't and said that he was proud to work for the company because they don't nickel and dime people which I can attest to first hand. I can guarantee that they will be the first people I call if I am having a problem."
