      так она у вас и есть, просто вый ею активировали не KTS. это возможно. но не все что есть в лицензии от Plus и вам нужно, можно активировать лицензией от KTS. ну да, вы не путайте новый продукт и новые лицензии. никакого нарушения, покупая лицензию нового тарифного плана, например от Plus вам не нужно доплачивать за лицензию Kaspersky Who Calls, вот о чем речь, а не о том что активировав новый антивирусный продукт, прежней лицензией, вы получите и все новый функции. Те что входят в продукт Plus - вы получите, но не более. Лицензия от KTS также позволит вам активировать Kaspersky Password Manager и Kaspersky Safe Kids

      Куда перешли прошлые подписки?

      В принципе да, ключ-то подходит, но во всех продуктах будет отображаться, что у вас лицензия KTS, а не Plus. Даже в MyKaspersky лицензия будет называться Kaspersky Total Security. Если в MyKaspersky открыть вкладку "Устройства", выбрать нужное и нажать на пункт "Установленные приложения", то отобразиться информация, что установлен Kaspersky Plus, правда будет приписка что "Это приложение использует подписку на Kaspersky Total Security. Остался XX дней". При этом наполнение такого Plus будет урезанным, а продлить его на полноценный невозможно – требуется покупка полностью новой подписки, что несправедливо и нарушает обещание Евгения Касперского о том, что переход на новые тарифные планы будет предложен всем пользователям предыдущих продуктов при продлении, при этом за новые функции не придется доплачивать. У меня, например, осталось ещё 90 дней и если мне нужен Kaspersky Who Calls, входящий в полноценный Plus, то мне надо будет купить новую лицензию на полноценный Plus, при этом остаток лицензии от урезанного Plus сгорит.

      зарегистрировался на companyaccount.kaspersky.com пытался добавить код лицензии почему лицензия как для физ.лиц определяется если оплата была от юридического лица. в следствии чего запрос сделать не могу(может вы советовали апрос сделать не там?).

      @Shayllon Welcome. This is a known Bug 6343716 due to a protocol modification on the Samsung SSD drive, Kaspersky developers are working on this issue.

      Kaspersky Premium warning samsung 980 Pro heat

      I have two newly purchased Samsung 980 Pro 2TB SSDs in my laptop, and I recently switched from Kaspersky Total Security to Kaspersky Premium. It turns out that Kaspersky is giving the message that "The health of the Samsung SSD 980 PRO 2TB hard drive has significantly decreased". Kaspersky reports that the health of the drives is 0% (critical) and suggests that I copy the data to another SSD(s). However, I did benchmarking tests on Samsung Magician, on Crystal disk, on Windows itself, and no other application complains of problems with SSDs. If it is a Kaspersky "bug" in relation to these models, I would like some manifestation.
