SEMINARIO RESPONSABILIDAD POR LOS DAÑOS CAUSADOS POR PRODUCTOS Y SISTEMAS DE INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL
El Departamento de Derecho Civil celebrará el próximo 24 de mayo de 2023 el SEMINARIO RESPONSABILIDAD POR LOS DAÑOS CAUSADOS POR PRODUCTOS Y SISTEMAS DE INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL, que tendrá lugar de forma presencial en el Seminario del Departamento de Derecho Civil de la Facultad de Derecho y en la que intervendrán especialistas de primer nivel en este sector. Dicha actividad se realiza al amparo del proyecto "Irrupción de la inteligencia artificial en el Derecho de daños y su adaptación a las nuevas tecnologías" (PID2020-116185GB-100), financiado por el Ministerio de ciencia e innovación y del Máster en Derecho de la sociedad digital.
El acceso es libre limitado al aforo del local.
JORNADA SOBRE INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL, ÉTICAY RESPONSABILIDAD
The Department of Civil Law will hold on May 22 and 23, 2023 the Conference on Artificial Intelligence, Ethics and Liability, which will take place in person at the "Rector Ramón Martín Mateo" Hall of the Faculty of Law, with the participation of leading specialists in this sector. This activity is part of the project "Irrupción de la inteligencia artificial en el Derecho de daños y su adaptación a las nuevas tecnologías" (PID2020-116185GB-100), financed by the Ministry of Science and Innovation and the Master in Law of the Digital Society.
Admission is free, limited to the capacity of the venue.

I EDICIÓN DEL CURSO SUPERIOR DE FORMACIÓN CONTINUA DE GESTIÓN E INTERMEDIACIÓN INMOBILIARIA
From today until October 4, the pre-registration period for the 1st edition of the Advanced Continuing Education Course in Real Estate Management and Brokerage is open. This is a specialized course of 200 hours, aimed at non-university graduates that aims to provide training for the professional performance of the activity of mediation, advice and real estate brokerage, with a multidisciplinary approach and offering attention to situations of internationality.
It is organized by the Department of Civil Law of the University of Alicante and the Official College of Real Estate Agents (COAPI), and its students will be able to obtain, at the end of the course, a certificate that certifies the professional training necessary to access the Registry of Real Estate Brokerage Agents of the Valencian Community.

IV EDICIÓN DEL TÍTULO DE EXPERTO EN GESTIÓN E INTERMEDIACIÓN INMOBILIARIA

El pasado 6 de marzo comenzó e plazo de preinscripción para la IV edición del Estudio de formación permanente de Experto en Gestión e intermediación inmobiliaria. Se trata de estudios de postgrado que consta de 200 horas (20 créditos ECTS) co-organizado por el Departamento de Derecho Civil de la Universidad de Alicante y el Colegio Oficial de Agentes de la Propiedad Inmobiliaria de Alicante (COAPI) con la finalidad de ofrecer una actividad formativa de excelencia en la materia. El enfoque multiciplinar y la atención a las situaciones de internacionlidad garantizan la adquisición de los conocimientos y las competencias necsarios para desarrollar profesionalmente con solvencia las funciones de gestión, asesoramietno e intermediación en el mercado inmobiliario.

VI EDITION OF THE UNIVERSITY MASTER'S DEGREE IN TORT LAW
The pre-registration the first period for the VI edition of the Master's Degree in Tort Law is now open.

El Departamento de Derecho Civil celebrará los próximos 28 de abril y 15 de mayo de 2023 el SEMINARIO CUESTIONES ACTUALES Y CLÁSICAS SOBRE RESPONSABILIDAD CIVIL EXTRACONTRACTUAL, que tendrá lugar de forma presencial el 28 de abril en el Seminario del Departamento de Derecho Civil de la Facultad de Derecho y de forma online el día 15 de mayo, en el que intervendrán:

19:00h.-21:00h. Seminario del Departamento de Derecho Civil “El hecho causal de la víctima desde la perspectiva de la imputación objetiva”, María Medina Alcoz, Profesora Titular de Derecho Civil de la Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, Madrid.
“La carga de mitigar el daño y los perjuicios derivados”, Mariano Medina Crespo, Abogado, Presidente de la Asociación de Abogados especializados en Responsabilidad Civil y Seguro.
NUEVA CÁTEDRA DE DERECHO NOTARIAL
La Rectora de la Universidad de Alicante Dña Amparo Navarro Faure y el Ilustre Colegio Notarial de Valencia han firmado el convenio de creación de la nueva cátedra institucional con el objetivo de convertirse en un núcleo de reflexión, debate e investigación vinculado al Derecho Notarial, con especial atención a las relaciones con el Derecho civil e Internacional Privado.
La cátedra dedicará especial protección de las personas con discapacidad, materia que ha sido objeto de una importante reforma legislativa recientemente.
En la firma del convenio, además de la rectora y del vicedecano del Colegio Notarial ha estado presente la secretaria general, Esther Algarra Prats, el vicesecretario, Josep Ochoa Monzó, el catedrático de Derecho Civil, Juan Antonio Moreno Martínez y el catedrático de Derecho internacional Manuel Desantes Real.
Esta previsto que la próxima semana se realice la primera reunión de la comisión mixta de seguimento de la nueva cátedra´, en la que se aprobará el plan de actuación y se propondrá a la rectora el nombramiento de los órganos de dirección.
DISTINCIÓN COLEGIO NACIONAL DE REGISTRADORES
El pasado día 6 de febrero, el Colegio de Registradores de España concedió al Catedrático de Derecho civil de la Universidad de Alicante, Juan Antonio Moreno Martínez, una placa como reconocimiento por su labor científica y académica en el ámbito del Derecho inmobiliario y registral. El acto tuvo lugar en Madrid y fue presidido por la Ministra de Justica, Dolores Delgado, quien entregó la distinción a Juan Antonio Moreno.
El estudio del Derecho inmobiliario y registral viene desarrollándose e impulsándose desde el Departamento de Derecho civil, dirigido por Juan Antonio Moreno, por medio de la Cátedra Bienvenido Oliver, desde la que se organizan y celebran, en colaboración con el Colegio de Registradores, congresos y conferencias dedicadas al análisis de las cuestiones actuales que plantea la materia.

EL DEPARTAMENTO DE DERECHO CIVIL ES CONSIDERADO POR EL MUNDO COMO UNO DE LOS GRUPOS DE INVESTIGACIÓN DE ÉXITO NACIONAL
El periódico nacional El Mundo ha seleccionado al Departamento de Derecho Civil como grupo de investigación de éxito entre todas las ramas del saber, debido a su extensa trayectoria científica reflejada en la actualidad en el desarrollo de cuatro proyectos de investigación, entre los que destaca el prestigioso programa PROMETEO que financia proyectos de grupos de investigación de excelencia.
THE ABC JOURNAL INCLUDES THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RESEARCH GROUP IN ITS SPECIAL R + D + i
The Spanish ABC journal has included in its Special R+D+i on 21st May, 2018 a report on the work developed and the progress made by the intellectual property research group, consisting mostly of researchers from the Civil Law Department of the University of Alicante, being this group a national reference in this field.
THE UA PARTICIPATES IN THE ONLY PROGRAM OF SUBSIDIZED DOCTORATE BY THE EUROPEAN UNION IN MATTER OF COPYRIGHT
The Magister Lvcentinvs, Master in Patent rights and Intellectual of the University of Alicante, initiates this 2017 a new stage with his participation in the European Doctorate "EIPIN Innovation Society", first and only program of subsidized doctorate by the European Union in matter of copyright that splits of the European Network of Institutes of copyright (EIPIN).
The program “EIPIN Innovation Society”, project of the Network of Innovative Training Marie Skodowska Curie funded by the European Union, establishes like this a conjoint doctorate in which they participate, in addition to the University of Alicante, the universities of London, Maastricht, Strasbourg and Augsburg.
