Healthy choices, healthy life.

Everyone deserves the opportunity to eat right, eat healthy and feed their families nutritious meals.

South Dakota WIC (Women, Infants and Children) is a nutrition program funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and administered by the South Dakota Department of Health that promotes bettering the health and wellbeing of low-income women, infants and young children. The program provides education on making nutritious choices, building positive eating habits and improving health. It supports South Dakotans in need by providing food vouchers to be used at participating vendors and grocery stores throughout the state.
