"Hired them because we had water coming in from outside and flooded our basement twice in one week (1st from snow melt 2nd from an abundance of rain fall). They were able to determine it was from the flashing between the roof and chimney. They removed some water damaged siding on my home's exterior walls and cut the wet drywall in the basement to reveal where the chimney went down to and trace the waterflow. They fixed the roof, patched the drywall (textured and painted), and fixed repaired anything they took apart during the diagnosis. They also cleaned up all the trash they made. Because they are a general contractor, they were able to have all the specialists they needed and were able to complete all of this from Sunday-Wednesday night. Daniel was very communicative throughout the whole process and worked around our schedule and me having a dog that lived in the area they were working in. He stayed within budget and completed the project with incredible speeds (the fact that they started work on a Sunday was an incredible plus for us). I would recommend!"

"My intermittent roof leak turned persistent after the big ice storm and I contacted Kirkland Roofing overnight. Josh called me at 7:04am the next morning and was out at my house by 10am. He immediately knew the issue. Though a team was not able to fix same day due to other emergency work, they came by (in the dark) to tarp the roof per my request. The team was back within 36 hours and they were great. The damage was pretty bad, but they got it fixed within the day. Good communication. Professional at every level. Nothing left behind. I highly recommend Kirkland Roofing Company."

"If you need reliable contractor, my strong recommendation is Palm Construction. I hired them to build a deck and they did phenomenal job. Ray and his brilliant team made this project simple and non painful. I worked with many contractors and this was my best experience. They also charged at the end very reasonable final price, although quality of materials is superb. I can't recommend enough!"

"The team at Pure Home Remodeling did a fantastic job. We have completed two renovations with Pure Home Remodeling and the second one was just recently. They converted our existing master suite to an additional bedroom with walk-in closets, painted the hallway with addition of crown molding and remodeled the patio. In the patio, they did all the hard-scape (fire pit/table and BBQ area). The paperwork from the estimate all the way to the finish of the work, was organized in details and they finished the entire work with a minor delay. Most of the delays happened because there were several issues with the materials that we purchased and they were not in stock. Most project issues that were raised during the work, were handled professionally by our project manager, his team and subcontractors which helped tremendously in solving them quickly and efficiently. We can't be happier with this entire experience with them and mainly with the way this remodeling came out, because we know personally about bad cases where work was not done professionally OR they were abandon in the middle. We are very thankful that our remodeling project went like that."

"Angelo and Stan were fabulous. They installed lighting, replaced a shower door, installed some handles and switches, and worked on some shelving. They were on time, worked hard, and were flexible as they had to come several times. Also very professional, courteous, and friendly. "I needed some repairs on my 30 yr. old deck and Bill Christopher arrived on time and gave me a bid for the items in question and even found that one of my support beams was badly rotted at the base (which another contractor didn't catch). I received his written bid online within a very short time that day. I hired him and he was very professional and did an excellent job. I wouldn't hesitate to contact this company in the future!!"
