"Michael Wallace answered my call immediately (I mean, like 2 minutes after I contacted HomeAdvisor). He inquired about the specifics of the job so as to assure he'd have the parts needed to complete the repair, and set a time for his visit. He arrived promptly, saw that the repair would require an additional part, and set off to set things right.
