"We were in a bind needing to get hardwood in a bedroom to replace old carpeting in a time-sensitive matter. Checked the big box stores first, and they could not reassure us it would be done in time. We have a family member coming to stay for an extended visit who is allergic. Mike met us at the house on a Wednesday evening to measure and the wood was delivered and installed that Saturday. Just a couple of days wait! (We had chosen "in stock"- Bruce Gunstock strlps so there was no delay either for scheduling the estimate, or ordering the materials). After installation, we didn't even find any "fix it" spots. Understand that we did not have to take any time off work at all for this project. Also, a shout-out to the office folks who reached out and followed up with us throughout the process. Great job, all. We were glad we "shopped local"."

"If there was any knock of the install it was the aftermath. Empire sent two gentlemen out for the install. They did an outstanding job. The work consisted of wood flooring on a staircase to the second floor then the hallway and into an office. I had to let them use my garage to do the cutting because it was storming outside. They did a great job in cleaning up but after the dust settled....I'm still cleaning the garage two months afterwards. Its all good. I highly recommend Empire Today LLC. We love the flooring. :)"
