Walla Walla District's navigation locks on the Snake and Columbia rivers help provide a navigable waterway 465 miles inland from Astoria, Oregon, to Lewiston, Idaho. Their five navigation locks passed a total of 15,325,690 tons of cargo and commodities in 2020. 2/2 #DamSafety

UPDATE: Lock & Dam 1 in Minneapolis is now open to both commercial and recreational traffic. With this opening, all St. Paul District locks and dams on the Mississippi River are back open from Lower St. Anthony through Lock & Dam 10 in Guttenberg, Iowa.

Rangers from Fort Gibson visited 4th grade students at an elementary school while Eufaula rangers held 2 fishing flings hosting students from Eufaula and Warner. During the events, rangers were able to reach over 250 students. 2/3
