"The repairman appeared on time for an early morning appointment hour and made a quick-fix faucet washer replacement and no demolition was necessary to the wall or valves in order to abate the faucet leaking problem. "My HVAC unit was 20 years old needed consistent repair, and my ducks where leaking. It was time for a new unit. I also wanted to relocate the condenser to improve my back yard space. I had gotten 4 quotes before someone referred me to http://www.aircmechanical.com/ Vitor was literally the first smart person to offer a quote. He suggested relocating the condenser to a side of the house and changing it to a suitcase type unit. He also came up with the creative solution of adding a 2nt inlet in another part of the house to reduce noise and improve airflow. The other contractors wanted to enlarge and or relocate the existing inlet which would have been an ugly mess. I now have an extremely efficient 2 stage unit installed correctly and he beat the other quotes. Entire product was completed in 2 days. I couldnâ t be happier."

"We have an older furnace and the technician carefully checked that it was safe by examining the furnace interior with both video and CO analysis tools. Our furnace needed a new motor, which was ordered and installed, but the technician was careful to ensure that it was operating correctly. It was not, and he took the time to determine why the motor was operating incorrectly. He was able to fix it and our furnace was restored to good operating condition. We were very appreciative that Lunar was able to send the technician quickly whereas other larger companies would not send anyone for one or two weeks. That is too long to wait for a broken furnace during winter. Lunar came through and fixed our furnace!"

"After being told by other companies that I needed to replace my 80-year-old gravity furnace (to the tune of $20, 000 I did not have), I finally called Empire. I know that old machines are simple with few parts and no electronics, so I quickly learned that few people know how to REPAIR not just install. They do both. Pavel has studied heating repair for over 2 years in addition to his practical experience. He came to SF within 24 hours and even returned without grumbling when I got stuck in a dog emergency. He was polite, efficient, was able to diagnose and already had all the parts to do the fix immediately. Heat pronto! He put everything back in place and charged a fair price. When I am ready to replace my furnace and water heater, based on attitude and workmanship, I will definitely use them.
