Done Right, What a fantastic name. This was a seamless experience. We would highly recommend this company. We met w Chad and he was very thorough in going over all the details of converting our gravel driveway to beautiful pavers in just 2 days! The crew was super professional and courteous and PROMPT. The owner of this company (Chad) is only concerned with getting the job. Once he has the job his communication with you disappears, prior to getting job he would call me once or twice a week, trying to get the work. He puts too much confidence in his crew, to do the job correctly. After job is done, he wants the payment but does not come to inspect the job, as he says, "I trust my crew". His crew is very fast and seemed to be in a rush to get to their next job. I can't say how many times I would email him after job was completed to discuss issues with no response for weeks. I finally got so frustrated I had another contractor come to look at the issues and correct them, just so I didn't have to deal with his excuses. If you want someone that does not communicate with you and has a ton of excuses, then hire this company.

Jim first of all let me say that I am very sorry to hear that you were frustrated. We did your project almost over a year ago and yes I have the email communication back-and-forth as well as I always responded through emails, texts and phone calls. In fact, as you and I were having difficulties scheduling to meet to go over any of your concerns, we were finally able to meet you addressed a few small minor concerns, which I explain to you what could or could not be done. Most of your concerns were with small cuts that were part of the pattern and your screen room being out of square.. once I explained you agreed. You then asked me to do some additional work and I gave you a price which you deferred. Our schedules were not aligning, we were closed for a week in which you had reached out, I returned your email immediately when we returned back to work and you told me to forget about it. The crew appreciated your tip when we originally finished the job and we thank you for that. I am sorry it did not work out in the timeframe you were hoping for. We will always strive to do better.
