Comment: I am writing on behalf of a four unit townhome complex. The drain from a tub-shower that connects to two of the units has a major leak whenever the tub-shower is drained. The pipes in question extend from the second floor down to underground parking. From there the drain joins others and goes to the sewer. The leak is in the section from the tub-showers to the garage. These tub-showers are only used occasionally. We would like to replace or repair this drain. Cost and disruption are issues.
