Families in Nitro are shaken up after a neighbor’s surveillance camera caught the driver of an SUV crossing double yellow lines and passing a school bus as it stopped to pick up children.
“I’ve always heard this was a wonderful school, but now I really know it. The teachers, the staff, the parents, they all really chipped in and did everything they could for this guy,” said parent Jennifer Schelling.
The process of jury duty is changing in parts of West Virginia, as court systems are trying to take a more modernized approach to notify jurors they need their help.
