RELEASE: U.S. Office of Personnel Management Announces Government-wide Training for Federal Employees to Succeed in Hybrid Work Environments

OPM announced today free government-wide trainings for all Federal employees to help them succeed in a hybrid work environment. The trainings, titled “Thriving in a Hybrid Environment,” will support Federal employees and equip them to develop and implement hybrid work environment best practices within their agencies. OPM will offer twelve in-person and six virtual training sessions.

Located at intern.usajobs.gov, the Federal Internship Portal is a one-stop shop for prospective interns to find opportunities and apply for internships in the Federal government.

OPM released its inaugural report: Government-wide DEIA: Our Progress and Path Forward to Building a Better Workforce for the American People. This report highlights accomplishments aligned with the Government-wide Strategic Plan to Advance DEIA in the Federal Workforce and preview priorities for 2023 consistent with Executive Order (EO) 14035.

OPM has announced the Finalists for this year’s Presidential Management Fellows (PMF) Program. Of the more than 10,000 individuals from around the world who applied for the program, 850 Finalists were chosen. The large number of applications to this competitive program marks a record number of applications over the past ten years.
