A new blog post from the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Disability Employment Policy explores the employment of women with disabilities in the skilled trades, with data break downs for five specific categories. Among the findings is that about 10% of employed women with disabilities work in skilled trade jobs, with the largest representation in transportation.
