I was called and informed it would be somewhat later, so it wasn't a big deal, but I wonder if they might be too optimistic how long jobs end up taking. "We had Juan do some pretty extensive deck repair and replace a fluorescent light in our kitchen. Just before he was ready to work on the kitchen light, we changed our mind on what we wanted installed. Juan took all that in stride and we worked out the schedule. And the work on both the deck and the lights look GREAT. We have a couple of other projects in mind and are definitely calling Juan when we are ready to get them done."

"I hired Bennett to replace the old, disintegrated caulking in two bathrooms in my home. He did an excellent job of caulking the bath tub and shower, as well as the space where the tub and shower bases connect to the floor tiles, and where the tiles connect to the walls. The bathrooms look new again and the caulking is water tight. Bennett showed up on time with everything he needed. He communicated clearly and went straight to work. His work was affordable, efficient, thorough and carefully done. I will definitely be hiring him again as other project needs arise around the house. I highly recommend his handyman services."
