No hard sell gave me options and explained why each option would be done (and how long it should “put off” bigger job & just stop current emergency..,) AND a week later when another repair came up that I thought MAY have been related- not only did they come out immediately but he diagnosed the “real” problem; took pictures; told me what kind of professional to call and told me exactly what to tell them to verify diagnosis!! And he explained the problem in a way that I could understand and know what I was talking about with next repairman. I always feel I don’t get taken advantage of as often if I at least know the basics when talking.
