"I hired Robert Clark to repair and seal my flat roof on my Spanish style home. I had first noticed alot of granulation washing off the roof and coming out of the gutters. The roof had developed two small leaks this winter from the rains that we had. Robert came out and examined the roof, identified the problems and offered me a couple of solutions.
