"I called Ohio Basement Systems up after scheduling an appointment to have another company come out (you have seen their commercials). The sales man (Sam) showed up with in a day or two (early also), gave me a quote, applied a few discounts which I then agreed to have the work done. Within a day or two, a date was schedule for the following week. Ryan and Shane showed up and went above and beyond leveling up my sidewalk and patio, along with caulking the patio and also provide a few extra tubes of caulk in case there was any settling. The first company called back the next day to confirm they were coming out the next day to provide a quote....I said no need its already done!!! I highly recommend this company! Ryan and Shane did a fantastic job!! I have already recommended them to a few of my neighbors!!!"

But their quote to replace it was way too high. We got Josh the next day through HomeAdvisorâ he started the day early and did it all. He helped us get the new heater and parts, removed an old broken valve from the line, rerouted the line to use the space more efficiently, replaced some copper pipe with flexible lines to make the next installation easier, and hauled away the old heater. All without any high-pressure sales tactics like we got from the first company. We are very happy with the results. Highly recommended."

"Kobella Plumbing was very responsive to my need to get a toilet reseated following installation of flooring in a bathroom. The flooring company was unable to do so. I live in an older home and the way in which the toilet had been seated was very poorly done. Tim from Kobella talked with me about the problems and the price to fix it properly. I do have to say the first price quoted gave me a bit of sticker shock. However I knew it was necessary and Tim seemed very knowledgeable and professional. As the job was completed Tim told me he was able to get it done for a bit on the lower than the quoted range. Tim showed me all the work he had done and I have complete confidence it was done properly at a fair price."
