"I did hire this company to fix my heating problem. Service was awesome! David from DR Air and Heat Services responded within minutes of my request for help. My heater went out in my home. The outside unit was iced over. I had no emergency heat. David determined that I had the wrong thermostats in my home. He quickly replaced and programmed the thermostats. He found a rusty water tray in my attic that was overflowing and rusty. The air filtration system was damaged and he is going to help me avoid a potential disastrous situation, had he not found this now. The water tray was overflowing and rusted. Mold was growing. I have heat tonight! Tomorrow or Saturday I will have a whole new system for a reasonable price. He is going to replace the tray and not charge for one of the thermostats (shhhh.). This is going to be a great experience. David is personable, explains things well and is an asset to this company. I cannot wait to get this taken care of. I did not realize what bad shape things were in. I cannot rave enough about the service I have received so far. Thanks so much!"

"They not only took a look at all three items I thought I needed work on but they made notations for me of what would need to be done, in addition to for example if the water heater goes out. And he checked all three sinks, bathrooms and kitchen to be sure they were in good condition and not leaking or needing replacement pipes. The home warranty company I purchased for a year had a 30 say waiting period before I could call in a claim. I wanted these things checked and had to get them fixed or checked before the home repair warranty would cover my water heater and plumbing. Lightfoot gave me an incredibly low charge for all he did and checked. Amazing to find such work ethic and customer consideration. Loved them, will use for everything, they do everything ... Tioga company called me right away to find out what was going on at my house and was able to come out within the hour and fix the problem (cleaned out clean out drains - water coming up from toilets and bath tub). They we re very polite and friendly. Would use them again in a heart beat, so happy they responded to me so quickly (they were the only company that would get back to me after calling several others)."

"I am very selective and careful with who I do business with. I have worked with 5 other plumbers over the last 5 years, and with large and small companies. Martin with Longhorn Plumbing is a true professional and expert in the field. He is the best of the 5 that I've worked with. He was very quick to make it over to the property to begin work. For example, I had a tub drain issue that was causing a leak in my property. Martin quickly came over the same day, diagnosed, and resolved the issue. Impressed by his work, I asked if he would do additional plumbing work for me that day including installing a toilet, and installing sinks and drains for the bathrooms and kitchen. That evening, he completed all of the work asked. Lastly, I called Martin a week later to repair a major main line issue where the pipe was broken 6 feet underground. My other plumber contacts said they could get out there in 2-3 days, but Martin showed up in a few hours after my call and completed this major work the same day. Despite his fast service, the work is top-notch quality and the pricing is fair. Martin is extremely knowledgeable and I know can count on him to provide an honest expert opinion.
