The only time I would say I needed to practice patience was due to the weather. I selected a metal roof which ended up being the quality of an industrial roof. I also had gutters and downspouts installed along with a heat strip to keep the ice dams at bay. Global went the extra mile by running the heat strip in the downspouts to keep them from freezing up.
