Getting started with your account
Our registration process takes less than five minutes, and all we need from you are a few basic details about your company. Our customer team takes care of the rest. You can try and register here
After you share with us all the details we need, you can expect to hear back with your account approval status within two hours.

Registering for an account with us is completely free. All you pay for are the shipping fees you agree to with your freight carrier when you book a shipment.
The primary account holder can add as many secondary account holders as are needed — there is no limitation on how many users there can be on your account.
Any time you’re logged into your account, you can tap the Live Chat button and connect with a member of our support team directly. They’re on hand to help you any time, 24/7.
When you’ve signed into your account, you can update and edit your details in the My Account section, which you can find in the settings menu.
Getting to grips with shipping
Freight forwarding is what your freight forwarder does for you. And what your freight forwarder does is act as your well-informed guide to getting you the best shipping services at the best price. We also manage the process of getting customs clearances for your shipments, and make sure that you’re kept up-to-date with the progress of your shipments while they’re in transit.
This entirely depends on what you’re shipping, what your schedule is, and what your budget will allow. Air freight is the fastest method, but it can be costly. If you have more time, ocean freight will be your best option — and remember, we are the only freight forwarder in the world that can guarantee you ocean container allocation.
The main document you’ll need is an Air Waybill. This contains all of the information about your shipment — including sender and delivery address — and needs to be attached to every individual piece in your consignment.
Depending on what the airports of origin and destination are, as well as the frequency and availability of flights, the average transit time for an airport-to-airport air freight shipment is three days.
The most important document you need is a Bill of Lading (BOL). This legal document provides your freight carrier with all the information they need about your shipment, including quantity, type, and destination.
FCL is ‘Full Container Load’, which is when you require and pay for an entire shipping container for your shipment. LCL is a ‘Less-than Container Load’ shipment. This means your goods will likely share container space with others, but you only pay for the space that your shipment occupies.

Ocean freight can take anything between 20 to 45 days, sometimes more, and depends on a wide variety of factors. We keep you updated on the progress of your shipment with real-time tracking throughout its journey and supply Proof of Delivery when it arrives.
