"My contact person was very responsive and they performed all work as promised and as scheduled. I was a little disappointed in the quality of some of the workmanship. Some of the carpentry and sheetrock work were a bit sloppy. If it had been my own residence, I would have complained but because it was a rental, I didn't worry about it too much. For example, a couple of the new doors were binding and not plumb. Also, they removed an outlet for the new sheetrock and after they finished, the outlet and wiring were still laying in the crawl space because they completely forgot to reinstall it.
