UNHCR-Protection unit would like to inform all refugees and asylum seekers that from Monday, 27 March 2023, the reception in UNHCR Nyarutarama-Kigali office will NO LONGER receive any walk-in counseling. All those in need of protection services will only be received at the Gikondo Community Center from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Only individuals who have appointment with Protection staff will be received at UNHCR Kigali office in Nyarutarama. If you are not residing in Kigali, please contact your closest UNHCR Protection Desk. For emergency cases, you can contact us on the following number: 0788 313 705, 0788 302 718 and 0788 383 608
UNHCR, unité de protection voudrait informer tous les réfugiés et les demandeurs d’asile qu’à partir de lundi le 27 mars 2023, nous ne recevrons plus les personnes qui nous approchent sans rendez-vous. Tous ceux qui ont besoin des services de protection seront reçus au Centre Communautaire de Gikondo du lundi au jeudi à partir de 09h00 à 17h00 et vendredi de 09h00 à 14h00. eules les personnes qui ont rendez-vous avec la protection seront reçus à Nyarutarama. i vous ne residez pas à Kigali, veuillez contacter HCR service de protection le plus proche.
