Corporate Securities and Mergers & Acquisitions
Comprised of quick-thinking analytic people, the Corporate Securities and Mergers & Acquisition team is responsible for VMware’s corporate governance, strategic investments, offices, and subsidiaries. You will advise, assist, and drive negotiations and ensure that VMware officers, directors, and subsidiaries comply with relevant federal, state, and international corporate and securities laws.
