"We submitted a request for an estimate for roof cleaning. WA Roof Clean Service was the first to call, within just a few minutes. The representative was very helpful, answering my questions and offering to come out to our home within 2 hours. We arranged for the roof cleaning at 9:00 the next morning. We were very pleased with the professionalism and thoroughness of his work. Our roof looks brand new again, even though we had a lot of moss in and under the shingles. WA Roof Clean also cleaned the exterior siding of our home and applied a very good cleaning product. This turned out so well our home looks like it did when it was painted 12 years ago. Before we were thinking it was going to need repainting, but now it is bright and clean and the trim is bright white. Becayse the results were so good, we also hired WA Roof Clean to pressure clean our front and rear cedar deck and apply a clear transparent protection. To complete the job we had our driveway also pressure washed. This entire project was completed i two days, giving the deck proper time to dry between cleaning and appkying the clear transparent finis which will give weather protection. Both days the cleanup was done completely before leaving. Our overall result is that all the work fone by WA Roof Clean was 5 Star work! "After calling several larger and friend-recommended contractors for my demolition and siding project and getting no calls back (or the contractors who did call back told me that they did not have time for my project), I took a chance with Pure Home Remodeling who did work recently at our neighbor's house not a long time ago. I got a call and an email back right away. These folks and mainly Ida and Lorenzo are completely what you hope in a contractor - a company that really cares and takes pride in the quality of their work. I got a very reasonable and competitive estimate quickly and they were able to start working within less than a week. The communication between me and Lorenzo and the office was professional. Like most projects, there were a couple unforeseen things that were relayed to me immediately with a few options so I could decide on how to go forward. The guys were punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable about everything they did at my house. The finished project that they did included the new kitchen and bathroom, the back yard (new stamp concrete and plants all over including few palm trees), remodeling the bathroom at my master bedroom and painted the house inside. The entire work came out excellent. The new kitchen looks million times better than it was before and the bathroom now has a shower and bath tub after Lorenzo was able to extend it by 5' on each side. Everything looks great....especially since these guys are the real deal. No shadiness, no hassle and no hidden charges."

"The specific Job that was done was to retrofit a home to minimize or eliminate damage that could occur due to an earthquake. The work included installing steel attachment brackets between the foundation and the house framing structure. Wood pressure blocks were added between beams in joist bays and between perimeter rim joist and sill plate. Other reinforcements were installed between support posts and beams and between posts and the concrete foundation. I was impressed with the technical knowledge that Mr Khoa had of the overall project. This of course was key to the work done by the team which I would like to stress were hard working and professional in accomplishing their work. I am very pleased with work done and would definitely recommend JJ Construction to anyone contemplating a home or building construction project. Jack Wires"
