Through sponsorships, broadcasting and licensing rights, media coverage, hospitality programs, and in-country business operations, U.S. private sector organizations are often intricately involved in major events overseas. By collaborating with these organizations in advance of and during an event, OSAC seeks to assist security professionals with making informed decisions to protect their staff, guests, operations, and facilities.
For events with a large U.S. private-sector footprint, OSAC's Major Events program will organize meetings, prepare security assessments, facilitate information sharing, make introductions to event organizers and in-country security officials, and generally try to connect everyone with a private-sector security responsibility for the event. For some events, OSAC will support members with an in-country team of analysts to help coordinate the real-time exchange of security and operational information.

Depending on which event you are applying to, you may be presented with additional membership questions. Once you have applied you will receive a submission confirmation email. If approved, you will receive a second email and have access to the event group page the next time you navigate to this page.
