"Our installers were an excellent team of JOSH W. and CODY R. and they very professional and knowledgeable of the product that they installed. Where as, the sales rep was new, 6 months in, and gave us some bad info regarding using our old fixtures, a shower head and sprayer that are fairly new, and the possibility of the install team installing a new garden tub that we might have purchased outside of Westshore. FYI: Westshore only installs their own products. Other than that, we love our new shower and the wall surrounding our garden tub."

"Josh is absolutely the best he came out on a late night after our family had a clog toilet that had flooded our house he had the toilet pulled ran his sewer machine in there broke loose the clogged and had the toilet back installed in a very timely manner he was very professional and pleasant to work with this is your go-to guy for any future plenty work you need we would definitely be using Josh again"

"Today Adam came by an installed a walk shower for my wife. Adam was punctual and had the shower in by noon. The job was truly amazing everything was cleaned up and it looks great. Adam and his crew were extremely professional and very personable. We had a shower put in many years ago and it still looks like they just installed it. We now have two walk in showers from Bath Fitter and recommend them highly. As a matter of Adam installed book showers and is quite the craftsman!"
