"Came home on a Friday and discovered our water line had developed a persistent leak. Checked my neighborhood Facebook page and saw a lot of my neighbors were recommending Bill Frusco Plumbing. It was late, but gave them a call because they claimed 24/7 emergency service. A woman took my information and they called back first thing Saturday morning with a time they would be there. The technician was Brendan, who was great! He arrived when he said he would, quickly diagnosed the problem, gave us detailed options, along with his recommendation, as well as fair estimates for those options. We went with his recommendation, and although he didn't have the needed part on his truck, he quickly secured one from the supply house. Upon his return, he completed the work and resolved the problem in a timely manner. He asked if we had any questions about the work he did or if we had anything else we would like him to look at while he was there. My wife even discussed with him a potential future project she is interested in doing at the house and he made suggestions on what they could do to help. First, I called a major service company and after being assured they could fix it quickly, I was put on hold until scheduling finally came on and couldn't do it till the following week. I checked Home Advisor and Blue Man Plumbing called me in a few minutes. Skip and Max were here the next morning around 8AM. They were respectful, clean and quickly fixed the problem.
