"Christmas Day our pipes busted in 2 different rooms. Chaz come out the following day, to our surprise., A bad winter storm almost insured a one to two weeks and likely an estimate and repairs for a different day. Thereâ s not one bad thing I can say about him. He arrived on time, had a wonderful attitude and knowledge to get this done quickly. He did a great job and cleaned up the area he worked on. Who does that? Most leave messes and donâ t look back. My mom is a senior citizen and a widow. Thatâ s a perfect combination of overcharging and blowing smoke. He did the exact opposite. Three weeks later, we had another leak stemming from the upstairs shower. It had leaked intermittently for the past decade. Then it started with every shower. Mind you, we had 3 plumbers come out at separate times and said itâ s fixed ð we had requested him and was going to wait. But, Chaz was here the following day, explained everything and actually got it fixed. My granddaughter can now take baths again!
