ABOUT
The Maryland Procurement Technical Assistance Center (MD PTAC) opened its doors in 2002 in an effort to assist the Defense Logistics Agency's (DLA) Procurement Technical Assistance Program in expanding the number of businesses capable of participating in government contracting. The Procurement Technical Assistance Center is funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
We achieve this mission by:

Providing businesses with an understanding of the requirements of government contracting and the market know-how they need to obtain and successfully perform federal, state, and local government contracts.

The Maryland Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) has its headquarters in College Park, MD, but we are located at seven other locations in order to assist all Maryland-based small businesses in their contracting efforts.
