"The serviceman did an inspection of the attic and basement and concluded there were no signs of entry. He suspected squirrels as opposed to raccoons were making the noise I was hearing. He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."

Armand arrived within the time he said he would, and gave me a call when he was on his way. He took a lot of his time to inform me about the cycles of fleas, the product he was using and precautions to take. I appreciated all the information and he was very friendly.
