"After hearing scratching noises in the attic it was time to call a pro. I requested a quote and information about 9pm and within 5 minutes Chris responded. He came out the next morning, assessed the situation and made recommendations. He explained fully what the process would be so there were no surprises. What I thought were squirrels in the attic turned out to be a raccoon. Chris took care of my problem, repaired the damage where it had gotten in and out, disinfected and cleaned the attic and "pest proofed" my home. Chris was a lifesaver and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. He was prompt, professional and the cost was very reasonable for the work he did. Follow-up was excellent. I prefer to deal with local small business owners and in Chris I found a gem. I highly recommend Lone Star Animal Removal and Chris to take care of any animal problems."

"The serviceman did an inspection of the attic and basement and concluded there were no signs of entry. He suspected squirrels as opposed to raccoons were making the noise I was hearing. He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."

"I had never experienced anything like this and to me it was a nightmare. I had originally contacted another company and I was told that my duct work needed replaced, my insulation needed to be sucked out and replaced, lots of false information with photos. The Total of $8,000.00 to fix my problem. I did not know what to do and I didnâ t have $8000. I called Guaranteed Rodent Removal Service, LLC on a Friday afternoon and Christy sent the owner that day. He explained the process step by step. They did exactly what the said they would do (no more squirrels or rats in my attic). The entryways and access has been sealed. My attic has been decontaminated. I feel safe in my home and I was treated with respect and honesty. My advise is to READ ALL REVIEWS AND CALL THIS COMPANY. They will treat you right."
