"The serviceman did an inspection of the attic and basement and concluded there were no signs of entry. He suspected squirrels as opposed to raccoons were making the noise I was hearing. He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."

"Billy and his team were amazing. After determining what kind of critter we were dealing with he did all the necessary things to rid our home if the problem.
