The cost was a little more then quoted, but not outrageous. If the construction documents would have been better, you can not find a better architect. They are a smaller firm, and really work hard to make sure you are happy. You will get personalized attention, and not a cookie cutter house design by any means."

"Owner called about 6 days before the job started to give me the hour and day work would start. He said he would be at my house at 6:50 AM. I agreeded. He showed up with his foreman at 6:45! Talk about prompt! I was impressed. We went over the details of the job with a few mutually agreed changes. His crew of 4 others showed up promptly and work began with demo. The speed and technical skills of all were impressive. Old concrete removal, installing expansion joints and wood forms, placement of stone base, compaction of said rock, placement of rebar, pouring the 16 yards of 4000 lb concrete, floating then finishing and grooving the top surface was all done by 2:15 PM the same day. Wow! Excellent work."
