The work was done in the same week of the agreed estimate. He hired one other guy to hold the 40 foot ladder to install the upper 2 window shutters. Vinny is an experienced and friendly window installer and he also knows pricings of the vinyl shutters. I strongly recommend his experienced and quality work. Cleanup of the packaging and other debris and disposable of the window shutters were also professionally taken care of."
