They placed traps for rodents and for raccoons up in the attic and even placed a camera to assure the problem in the attic was cleared. They worked with my budget to get the job done. They sealed up every possible entry point and more. Kyle and Zach were very professional and courteous. I immediately established trust with these guys and felt they were out for my best interest. "Promptly responded and removed a trim board under windows where a rat was trapped in the wall. Set and checked traps to see if any more showed up. Sealed gables on house and plugged several holes on outside of house. Felt price was fair. Two other companies responded, but did not want to remove the trim board. They didn't want to deal with a rat in the wall. A carpenter Aries works with is supposed to come replace trim around the windows. He has called twice saying he would send someone out; however has not come yet and said his workers were all sick. This is reason I am not giving a perfect 5 star score, as I am waiting to see if the carpenter does in fact show up. I may have to try to find someone else to do the carpentry work on my house."

They called right away, came out the next morning and installed an “one way exit” for the rodents, then called back a few days later to confirm the raccoons were gone, and wrapped the hole they made with metal so they can never get in again.
