Our project included a complete kitchen remodel, hardwood floors throughout the first floor and a basement buildout including bedroom, kitchenette, rec room and bathroom. A major part of the kitchen remodel was the demolition of a 80s style brick cooktop/stove area and inserting a significant/primary LVL beam to provide an open-concept kitchen with an island. The open kitchen is beautiful!!! Being an engineer I was concerned about the significant structure change to the core of the house. But the owner of URB, Aiman, did an outstanding job of explaining and designing the support structure. I felt very comfortable with his knowledge and experience. Aiman was extremely helpful in the design of the project and provided ideas, options and tradeoffs. Aiman (the owner) and Mo (the PM) were on-site often to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. They were flexible in last-minute changes that I requested and the outcomes were fantastic. They were able to complete the project just before my daughters college graduation party and the guests were impressed. Eventhough the project took longer than expected and some additional costs were incurred due to the original house condition, overall it was a great experience with United Residential Builders and I would recommend them with high marks!"

"JES is doing an encapsulation job on our crawlspace and the job performed yesterday was to spray for mold in the crawlspace prior to the installation process. Two workers arrived on time and proceeded with the work in a professional manner. Montola G. was the lead and foreman. He mixed up the anti-mold compound with assistance from Kelvin J. and sprayed all wood surfaces in the crawlspace. I checked the work the next day and his work was thorough. Both men were very pleasant and helpful. They took most of the bags I had filled with removed insulation with them when they were finished. Montola and Kelvin did a great job, represented JES as professionals and were really nice guys as well."

"Ruben Garcia is wonderful to work with. He met me at my house to look at the property within a couple of hours of me putting the call out for landscaping services. So responsive unlike others I d contacted. I felt right away that Ruben valued me as a client. He & his crew had a big project our side yard was completely overrun with weeds. Part of the front yard was also overrun. The weeds were more than I could keep up with, and I spent hours a week pulling them. The backyard needed native, invasive plants removed and trees to be removed. It was a lot of intensive work but Ruben & his guys started immediately & got everything done with 2 weeks. The massive project included many things: putting sod down on the side & front yards, removing the awful asphalt walkway and overgrown shrubs in the front and replacing it with a beautiful brick & flagstone, much wider walkway, which was raised to stop rain water from pooling up and leaking into the basement. We got new plant that were selected for our soil & sun conditions, & with consultation with me. 2 trees in the back were removed, at Ruben s suggestion, because they were leaning over the house and dying. The entire backyard was cleared and mulched, and that was a big project all by itself. Our property looks a million times better. Our neighbors told us immediately how attractive it all is. Some watched the guys work & were impressed at how much work they got done in a day s work. Ruben is a gentleman. True to his word. Offered less expensive options when I told him about my goals for the project. He responds right away. Honest and wants very much to have a happy client. 2 months after the project completed, one of the new Arbovitae died. I texted Rube, including a picture of it, and within a week, we had a replacement. He s just so easy to work with. Great follow up. Great customer service. I am so happy with how our property looks, and found the entire experience of working with Ruben to be a wonderful one."

It was much more than I expected given how much less it cost compared to other estimates I received for same project. Work crew was cheerful and professional. "Wissam Tannous with Old Virginia Construction did superb work in replacing our concrete driveway. Full 5 star work, I recommend without any reservation. Wissam and his crew made the new driveway so that it perfectly matches the lip our our garage, and it also matches the height of the sidewalk to our front door at the left side of the driveway. So there are two slopes going across the width of the driveway, and the driveway is also going downhill. But their work in creating this new driveway looks so smooth, that you can't tell that there are these multiple simultaneous slopes in the concrete. Also, Wissam's price matched the lowest of the multiple quotes that I obtained, and he was able to perfrom the work on schedule, and in one day. 100% satisfied. Excellent work in all respects."

"We were extremely pleased with the work that Transblue Arlington performed in replacing our concrete driveway, and would recommend them and use them again. We used Transblue to replace a concrete driveway, from the sidewalk to the back of our carport. We also had them change out the seven (7) support posts for our front porch and carport. Four (4) of these posts were in the area where the existing concrete was being replaced, which required temporary support for the carport roof while the old carport concrete was removed and the new base poured. It was clear that the crew that was doing the concrete work was extremely experienced, and used to working together. This showed in the quality of the work. Our house à ¢à  à  over 60 years old à ¢à  à  previously had concrete blocks as the footers under the support posts. The Transblue crew dug new footers for the replacement posts in the area they poured the concrete. "We have a historical restoration building in downtown Washington, D.C. We had sent out nationally 75 bids for period construction and historical restoration work. This job included replication or historical tiles in all bathrooms and also replication of historical tiles in all hallways. Also the replication/repair of period wooden windows, which were rotted, also floors needed structural repairs made. There was a large amount of decorative plaster relief work, which had to be repaired, and molds made to replicate areas that were non-existent. The exterior had a great deal of masonry repair work which included repointing of all brick and stone work. Also included in the exterior of this job was stone carvings that needed repair/replacement. Out of all of the responses to our bids which we national bids we centered upon the most knowledgeable and gifted company probably the best in the U.S.A which was Grady"s Construction and Plastering of Wilkes-Barre, PA. His unique gifts had given us the opportunity to bring back the granger and integrity of this very important historical structure in downtown Washington, D.C.
