On this project, he removed the popcorn, textured and painted our ceilings in the living room, kitchen, dining room, utility room, and hall. He repaired some drywall, textured and painted the walls and installed crown and base trim in those rooms, too. "I have to say I am really disappointed....disappointed that I can not give this man Michael Rahman 10 out of 10 stars. To be honest I already had a painter who I had been working with for about 5 years, maybe a little more. Then one day, seemingly out of nowhere, Michael knocked on my door to let me know he was trying to help out my neighborhood with any summer projects. At first, I was reluctant because I already had a guy for the job but the capitalist inside of me decided to test the water with Michael because I could see him being proactive in his work. Michael followed up with me via text after he first came to our house to set up a time to meet. When he came by I soon realized how much easier of a time I was going to have this summer with my projects. Michael was extremely informative and respectful through the estimate. After about 30-45 minutes of me barking orders at him to look at certain areas of my house, Michael returned with an estimate. I have to say this was probably the best part because he broke down the cost of EVERYTHING for me. Every nook and cranny I ordered him to look out was on the estimate with a detailed description of the cost. He had me sold I have honestly never seen such attention to detail from a contractor before. A few weeks later that attention to detail translated into a masterpiece I am now proud to call my home. Seriously, 10 out of 10 communication, detail and end product."
