Pros: - The whole team takes a lot of pride in their work. - Full-service remodeling and handyman -- they can do pretty much anything. They are especially good at drywall repairs, mudding, ceilings, and painting! - Extremely detail-oriented. They proactively pointed out and fixed a lot of tiny details that I didn't even notice. (Things I missed even though I'm a designer!) - Trustworthy. I gave them my keys and full access to my home for a month. I never received any complaints about them from my neighbors, too. - Considerate of your home and careful to protect your floors, walls, etc. - They put down extra coverings to keep your home clean, and they clean up after the job is done. They don't leave a mess that you have to clean up yourself. - Can sometimes do work on weekends. - Reasonable prices, accurate estimates, and honor their original prices. No unexpected charges at the end. - Good communication, pleasant attitude, good sense of humor, and friendly with other residents. Built a good relationship with my building management. - Support family-owned small local businesses! Cons: - The estimated price for services might be in the middle-to-high end of the quotes you receive. However, they're extremely reasonable prices for everything you get. They will go above-and-beyond to deliver quality results. They did a lot of extra small fixes and touch-ups beyond the original proposed scope of work, and they didn't nickle-and-dime me for every little change. They actually SAVED me money on some of my other projects!"

Tina and her company were hired to paint our house. She showed up on time and gave us a quote for the project; she was professional and very confident. Her manager estimated to complete the job in less than a week. After three weeks we were notified that the job is completed. During the inspection I noticed multiple paint spillages around the work area, brush strokes, uneven areas of paint, streaks, and blemishes. I was told that someone will come and finish the job because â they never walk away from the jobâ . Multiple phone calls and emails later they finally admitted that the job was done poorly and promised to paint the walls and the ceilings again. Two weeks later they put another coat of paint, however they left multiple dried paint drippings all over the place, including our newly installed floors. In the light construction will cost you time, money and possibly your sanity. Do not waste your money. I have no idea how the company is still in business. Tina and her team rewired my kitchen to put in my new appliances. She put in new bedrock, baring wall, and surrounding wall for my new tub. Tina and her team removed the remaining hardware for the old iron stove. Then went up on the roof to cut it off and replaced part of the ceiling. Her team painted, put in new doors and new carpet. Tina and her team went above and beyond to help me with my condo. I am so grateful. Anyone who uses In The Light Construction Management are lucky to have someone who is up front on the labor and price. You will not find that with any other Construction Company."

"Nader was on time for the estimate, and responded that afternoon with a quote. He also had the insight to give us some perceptive advice when our color selection was off base. He and his team were very punctual. The project work ( interior painting) was exceptionally good, finished on budget and one day early. His team moved our furniture without any issues. Nader was also very easy to reach throughout the effort. It was just great service. I hope to use him again for a hardwood floor installation in a few months."

"After initial phone consultation, I was feeling skeptical about Pro Painters LLC and asked for a lot of additional information about the business. The owner and business partner were very understanding and receptive of the inquiries and made sure we felt comfortable. We decided to choose this business due to the competitive pricing they quoted for ceiling, trims (patching nail holes on the trims), doors, and walls (patching holes in the walls). We met out at a Sherman Williams and paid for the paint we wanted (the quote covered the cost of the paint as well). They were able to start the SAME week that they gave a quote with. Pro Painters came in the next day and started preparations--covered all floors, rails, cabinets, door handles, light fixtures, outlets, etc. After the preparation day, they came out and started all of the painting around the home. Once the paint dried, they did a quality check walkaround themselves and fixed any areas that had excess paint. Then, they cleaned up the area (covers removed, wall plates put back on, paint removed) and we did a walkthrough the place. I pointed out areas that would need to be fixed or outlets that were missing wall plates and they made sure they corrected any of the work items. I came back to check a few days later for the paint to completely dry out and noticed another area with paint chipping and damages. So I messaged and they came back and fixed it! Overall, I highly recommend this painting business and will be using them for any further painting jobs that I may have. I have recommended this place as well to my real estate agent who will most likely start using them as well!"
