He is very experienced and it shows in his work! Talk about top quality. He is timely, professional and his work speaks for itself not to mention how clean he left the work area after he was done. He also completed the job in 2 days where others said they'd need at least 4, and very little wasted tile. I have boxes of leftovers. Other contractors said I'd probably need more. "One of 8 old roof vents was leaking. My wife posted a notice on Angie's List and within 10 minutes, Tommy responded by phone. He was at the house within the hour to assess the situation. He offered to fix either the one leaking vent or replace all the vents with modern ones at a reduced rate. Before the day was half over, he and his crew had done the work. So far, so good -- no more leak and I trust that the other vents are good for the future."

He and James caulked and miter cut the pieces and expertly blended the trim with the floor's slope so one can't even see a difference. "I originally hired Shark to replace carpeting with wood laminate in a couple of main floor rooms and on a staircase . None of the other local pros would touch the stairs because there were two awkward wedge-shaped landings. Shark did beautiful work even on the landings, which required a lot of tedious hand piecing. The crew did such a great job that later on, when we wanted to replace all the upstairs carpeting with wood laminate, this was the only company I called. They did 5 rooms and extended hallways with the same terrific attention to detail as before, despite loose floor joists, walls that weren't straight, an ongoing heat wave, and our tricky schedules to deal with."
