They scheduled me within a couple of days. They notified me of an emergency that there technician had to take care off but scheduled me for the very next day. The Technician showed up right on time and gave me a quote that I thought was reasonable. He and his assistant started the work and within an hour the job was done to my satisfaction. "Hired this company to move electrical outlets in laundry room and install new overhead light fixture. They showed up on time and the office sent me text message reminders the day before to confirm appointment. Technician was very helpful and polite. I have hired them again to help move electrical around in a bathroom remodel and again they have been very professional. I don't really know if they are cheaper or overpriced since I haven't shopped around with multiple companies. However, my time is very valuable and they haven't wasted a minute by being late. Office staff has been easy to work with for scheduling appointments. I would definitely hire them again."

There were a few things that needed to be added to the installation, even so my cost remained the same as quoted. He was quick to respond to my emails and phone calls and did the installation on a day that should have been a day off for him to accommodate my strange work schedule. "Its really nice to meet a company that uphold honesty and integrity as their values. This company did an install on my property following a major remodel in 2011 and did a great job at a competitive price. Fast forward to 2019 and I have recently had some of my roof replaced and the roofers removed all the of lightning rods! I called John and he came straight out exactly when he had promised. We own a large property and it would have been easy for him to charge me for a full replacement system but instead John explained that it was a pretty easy fix and the charged me very little to take care of my problem. John also walked the other buildings and checked all OK while he was there. Folks , This guy is old school honest and in today's world that's a rare commodity. He sent all his credentials and licenses and insurance coverages of his business and they came over the next morning and completed the installation extremely fast. He gave a fantastic offer, and lifetime warranty coverage and will even come over and take down system when we replace the roof and place back up at no charge! His wife even saw some plants we had not put in the garden still sitting in containers, and offered and planted them in the spaces we wanted, just to help out. Very friendly, helpful, professional, extremely knowledgeable and even suggested adding Lakeland Electrics Surge Protector protection they provide to go along with the Lightning rods. Yes would have them again on any home anytime."
