They go above and beyond in helping you choose the perfect tile and installation. "The owners, Michelle and Miguel provided excellent guidance throughout the selection of materials process. The scope of work and installation was well coordinated. The project of mention was commercial office space. Their demolition crew arrived on time, demolished and prepared the space for the installation in short order. When they left the space was tidy and ready for the installation crew. The installation crew did a fabulous job installing the luxury vinyl wood appearance flooring and 5 inch base board. At the end of the job the crew cleaned up the any dust, left over pieces and removed them from the job site. The space was easily re assembled with its furnishings with the new flooring. I was and continue to be delighted with their work. I have received many compliments on the flooring. I will definitely hire them again and confidently refer them to others interested in renovating their flooring and space. Every renovation job has twists and turns, they managed and addressed every concern and issue that arose with attention to details and personalized service. A thumbs up job well done!"

"Jeremy was great. He called ahead to let us know he was on his way and was on time. He repaired the carpet gripper and then cleaned all the carpets thoroughly. They are no longer GREIGE, they are beige. The previous owners cleaned the carpets themselves so Jeremy had his work cut out for himself. Would not hesitate to call him again. I also took his business card and put it in our clubhouse for other interested clients. Two thumbs up!"

"I had carpet installed first and decided to go with empire. I was nervous about all the mixed reviews but my experience was great. I was in a crunch to get all the carpet replaced before my furniture was set to be delivered, I had 7 days to get it done. I scheduled the initial appt on a Saturday which was easy, the rep told me what to expect when the agent came out. The actual agent was very friendly and had all the samples and padding with him. I was kind of shocked how simple it was to pick out everything. The prices were reasonable and my install was set up 4 days later. I got status/progress calls from everyone involved and my 2 installers were great. There were a few nails left around the edges by my sliding glass door but overall I love my carpet. The color and the quality. I’ll return for my tile install next."
