We had a prefab fireplace and needed it cleaned before Christmas and check for bird nest that we sometimes get. He gave us a good price since it was not wood burning and a masonary unit. He was scheduled us in and said he would be on time (within the hour). He actually called and asked if he could come earlier and that was wonderful! He did a great job!"
