"We had an excellent experience with Ariel and the Precise team. We hired them to install an EV charging station at our house. While other companies would only give us an estimate over the phone, or waited weeks to respond, they sent a representative to the house the next day and then gave us a bid within 24 hours. Their bid was also $300 under the second lowest bid. They were professional, prompt and completed the job in one day. When we asked for a small modification after installation (not their fault), they sent a rep back to modify the charger at no additional cost. Ariel checked in by phone and text throughout the process to make sure we were satisfied.
