Our project included a complete kitchen remodel, hardwood floors throughout the first floor and a basement buildout including bedroom, kitchenette, rec room and bathroom. A major part of the kitchen remodel was the demolition of a 80s style brick cooktop/stove area and inserting a significant/primary LVL beam to provide an open-concept kitchen with an island. The open kitchen is beautiful!!! Being an engineer I was concerned about the significant structure change to the core of the house. But the owner of URB, Aiman, did an outstanding job of explaining and designing the support structure. I felt very comfortable with his knowledge and experience. Aiman was extremely helpful in the design of the project and provided ideas, options and tradeoffs. Aiman (the owner) and Mo (the PM) were on-site often to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. They were flexible in last-minute changes that I requested and the outcomes were fantastic. They were able to complete the project just before my daughters college graduation party and the guests were impressed. Eventhough the project took longer than expected and some additional costs were incurred due to the original house condition, overall it was a great experience with United Residential Builders and I would recommend them with high marks!"

"I had basement pros come in to fix a hole underneath my basement stairs that was caused by erosion. John Choi did a great job explaining to me the product that they use to fill the gaps created by erosion. They use a relatively new technology HMI polyurethane which is easy to install. A few holes in my concrete and they can fill the hole with the material. I choose this product because it uses recycled material and is environmentally friendly. It has a smooth finish instead of pores to help repel water and prevent molding. Not only did John take the time to show me samples he was patient in allowing me to take the information he gave and do my own research so I could be confident in my choice. The team was very professional when they came to my house. The respected my property and got the job done on time. I am extremely happy with their work and end result. It looks like they were never there in the first place with the exception of a sturdy, level, entryway to my basement"

"Ruben Garcia is wonderful to work with. He met me at my house to look at the property within a couple of hours of me putting the call out for landscaping services. So responsive unlike others I d contacted. I felt right away that Ruben valued me as a client. He & his crew had a big project our side yard was completely overrun with weeds. Part of the front yard was also overrun. The weeds were more than I could keep up with, and I spent hours a week pulling them. The backyard needed native, invasive plants removed and trees to be removed. It was a lot of intensive work but Ruben & his guys started immediately & got everything done with 2 weeks. The massive project included many things: putting sod down on the side & front yards, removing the awful asphalt walkway and overgrown shrubs in the front and replacing it with a beautiful brick & flagstone, much wider walkway, which was raised to stop rain water from pooling up and leaking into the basement. We got new plant that were selected for our soil & sun conditions, & with consultation with me. 2 trees in the back were removed, at Ruben s suggestion, because they were leaning over the house and dying. The entire backyard was cleared and mulched, and that was a big project all by itself. Our property looks a million times better. Our neighbors told us immediately how attractive it all is. Some watched the guys work & were impressed at how much work they got done in a day s work. Ruben is a gentleman. True to his word. Offered less expensive options when I told him about my goals for the project. He responds right away. Honest and wants very much to have a happy client. 2 months after the project completed, one of the new Arbovitae died. I texted Rube, including a picture of it, and within a week, we had a replacement. He s just so easy to work with. Great follow up. Great customer service. I am so happy with how our property looks, and found the entire experience of working with Ruben to be a wonderful one."

"We have a historical restoration building in downtown Washington, D.C. We had sent out nationally 75 bids for period construction and historical restoration work. This job included replication or historical tiles in all bathrooms and also replication of historical tiles in all hallways. Also the replication/repair of period wooden windows, which were rotted, also floors needed structural repairs made. There was a large amount of decorative plaster relief work, which had to be repaired, and molds made to replicate areas that were non-existent. The exterior had a great deal of masonry repair work which included repointing of all brick and stone work. Also included in the exterior of this job was stone carvings that needed repair/replacement. "The Next Level technician was professional and well-versed in sprinkler repair, design and installation. I had much hard scraping done by another company which required a redesign of the sprinkler system in several zones, and in one case, removal and replacement of an area of brick pavers to repair an underlying leak. At the end of each day, the Next Level technician cleaned up such that it wasn't noticeable that he was even there. The new design provides excellent water coverage. Pricing is fair and more than competitive. I also use Next Level to winterize my system in the Fall and turn it back on in the Spring. Highly recommend!"
