"I would highly recommend FCLC for any of your excavation or paver patio needs. I used them to put in a beautiful new paver patio, paver sidewalk, paver firepit and built-in grill bar area! They did amazing quality work and the price was right. The back and side yard areas required excavation before laying the pavers. Very knowledgeable with their machines. Had no problems bringing in the machines and getting the work done. They were reliable, professional and the job was done right! "I hired Merrie Ann Cullin to design a pair of town homes for construction on a small lot. The project required a long, narrow building that would not end up as a boring oblong. Merrie Ann was so successful in addressing this challenge with dormers and other interesting features that everyone believes there are four units instead of two. The interior is spacious and interesting because of cathedral ceilings,use of angles, and oak steps inlaid with ceramic. I was the general contractor for the project but Merrie Ann offered numerous suggestions for subcontractors, materials, and options for saving money. She prepared plans that were correct from the outset and ready on time. She went out of her way to obtain an engineer's approval when the first engineer decided not to honor his commitment to review the plans. Throughout our collaboration she was a good communicator (via fax, e-mail, and phone) and unfailingly courteous. Should I need any more buildings designed, I would definitely hire Ms. Cullin again and would recommend her work to others without hesitation. Neighbors have thanked me for building such an attractive and interesting pair of townhouses. These accolades really belong to Merrie Ann Cullin."

In the planning process, Matt made time to come to our home, listen to our ideas and explain what the process would entail. He gave us a detailed estimate that outlined all material and work costs. It was so refreshing to work with a contractor that provided transparency on every aspect of the project! He touched base with us frequently to explain how things were going and went above and beyond or expectations to keep our project on budget. Probably the best part of working with Fusco Remodeling was getting to know Matt and his crew. As they worked in our home, they were very respectful of our family and welcomed us into the workspace to see how things were going and explain the process.
