"We had the batts insulation installed in 2021. As well as the eco friendly radiant barrier which was suggested after researching we went with it. Wonderful recommendation from Attic Pros. Helps keep our home cooler in hot w weather as well as warmer in cold. The service comes with a warranty for Rat proofing. Recently we heard some potential rat noises from the attic. I called Attic Pros and was set up with an appointment for a technician to come and re check the work an seal off any potential areas of entry. They must have sent their best technician not only was he completely thorough as far as inspecting previous work and repairing anything that needed. He was very informative and courteous. We feel fortunate to have had Said sent to our home to do the work. As of now I couldnâ t me more pleased. If ever we need a service from attic pros. We will definitely request Said"

"We have an older furnace and the technician carefully checked that it was safe by examining the furnace interior with both video and CO analysis tools. Our furnace needed a new motor, which was ordered and installed, but the technician was careful to ensure that it was operating correctly. It was not, and he took the time to determine why the motor was operating incorrectly. He was able to fix it and our furnace was restored to good operating condition. We were very appreciative that Lunar was able to send the technician quickly whereas other larger companies would not send anyone for one or two weeks. That is too long to wait for a broken furnace during winter. Lunar came through and fixed our furnace!"

"After being told by other companies that I needed to replace my 80-year-old gravity furnace (to the tune of $20, 000 I did not have), I finally called Empire. I know that old machines are simple with few parts and no electronics, so I quickly learned that few people know how to REPAIR not just install. They do both. Pavel has studied heating repair for over 2 years in addition to his practical experience. He came to SF within 24 hours and even returned without grumbling when I got stuck in a dog emergency. He was polite, efficient, was able to diagnose and already had all the parts to do the fix immediately. Heat pronto! He put everything back in place and charged a fair price. When I am ready to replace my furnace and water heater, based on attitude and workmanship, I will definitely use them. I had done homework on new furnaces, and the Bryant brand heater (same owner as Carrier) they install are among the highest rated; well beyond the Lennox partnered with Costco.
