"From the very start I spoke with Ms. Irene who scheduled my estimate. She is very personable as well as professional and communicated with me throughout the entire project. Mike came out to speak with my husband and I about the pruning of our Tulip Poplar tree. I was impressed with his knowledge of our tree and provided options on which he could prune it. We received a written estimate with pricing options based on what we wanted done with our tree which in our opinion the pricing was reasonable. So my husband and I decided to have the project completed by Lovewood LLC. What an amazing outcome! Mike and his crew did a phenomenal job with pruning our tree and did and excellent job cleaning up afterwards. "The owner reviewed the estimate he prepared from our initial meeting. This was used at the end of the job as a check list to ensure my satisfaction. Very good communication. He and his crew started and finished on time turning an annual eyesore of 6 ft weeds and ivy into a manicured looking area of approximately 1000 sq ft outlined with double high landscaping timbers. Along with this work they also did another 8-10 smaller jobs, each one done to my satisfaction. The price for all this work was very reasonable. Even though at the end some more materials and labor were needed because I changed the design slightly there was no extra cost to me. Through conversations with Mr Bea I learned there are several other types of work that he does , 3 of them being cleaning , hauling and snow removal which is great for me as I am somewhat disabled and in need of reliable help at reasonable pricing. Im sure I will be using his services again."
